Dispatch Inspections Overview

A dispatch inspection is a pre-deployment asset assessment performed before an asset leaves the yard. It is used to document the asset's condition before it goes out on a rental order.

When it is used: Before an asset is dispatched to a customer on a new rental.

Key characteristics:

• Always tied to a specific rental order
• Items are displayed in the exact order defined by the inspection template in CloudERM
• Faults can be recorded as Minor (asset remains in service) or Major (asset must be taken out of service)

Status progression:

Pending → Partially Inspected → Completed
