Completing an Off-Rent Inspection

The completion process is the same as for dispatch inspections:

1. Open the inspection from the work list
2. Work through each item, tap to open, enter data, tap Save
3. Record fault severity if a defect is found
4. Attach photos to document damage
5. Required items must be completed before the inspection can advance
6. Partial completion is supported, return to the inspection later to continue

Offline: Off-rent inspections can be completed fully offline. Results sync when connectivity is restored.
