Inspection Items List

Items are rendered in the exact order received from the backend. The full set of input types is available: Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Numeric, Text, Photo, and Signature.

Fault Recording

Severity	Color	Meaning
Minor Fault	Orange	Issue noted — asset remains in service
Major Fault	Red	Issue requires the asset to be taken out of service

Faults are recorded against the asset record in CloudERM.
