Sorting Categories

CloudERM allow sorting categories, to provide users more flexibility in terms of how they can view categories when viewing, selecting and filtering.

To sort categories within their category group, or move them from one parent category to another, head to the Categories/Templates Page -> Categories Tab. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) towards the top right of the category table to enable bulk edit mode.

To move a category, click and hold on the category row, and drag. This will move the row along with your cursor. Move the category up/down within the same category group or into another same level category group. Release the cursor where you wish for the category to be situated. Whilst dragging, other category row's will automatically move to make space for the dragged category row, such that it is easier for you to visualize where the category row will be situated once dropped.

You can similarly move more category rows. Once changes are final, click on the Save button towards the top right corner of the the category table to update the category table's order
