Dispatches Widget
The Dispatches Widget is titled 'Active Assets', and displays a list of dispatches (assets that were dispatched to customers) that are linked to open or closed contracts. These are essentially assets that are engaged, and are not currently available in our pool of rental assets.
The Dispatches Widget displays essential information regarding the dispatch, and allows user to filter dispatches using filters visible on the top right corner of the widget
The status filter defaults to All and allows filtering dispatches based on their dispatch status (first column).
The due filter defaults to All and allows filtering dispatches based on their due status, i.e due or past due (last column)
The button showing a refresh icon on the top right corner of the widget refreshes data within the widget.
The table can be ordered on basis of some of the table's columns.
The second column on the table displays the time passed since the dispatch's status was last changed, and also features a button. Clicking on the button will display a popup to the user with a log of historical state changes for the dispatch.
Clicking on a dispatch's row will redirect user to the Order View Popup on the Transactions Page, where they can view details of the specific order that this dispatch belongs to.
Yellow highlighted rows indicate that the dispatch is due back soon.
Orange highlighted rows indicate that the dispatch is past due.
