Note: Assets can only be viewed, deleted and created by organizational users who have been granted relevant permissions
Right clicking on an asset's row open up the action menu, that lists down several options available for the asset.
Edit
This option opens up the Asset Edit Popup.
Validation Status
Hovering over this option opens up the Validation Menu, which allows user to see what fields on the asset are triggering a validation status warning. In case asset is validated, the menu will inform user that the asset is compliant with validation requirements.
Delete
The delete option allows for deleting the asset. On clicking the button, the user will be prompted with a confirmation message. User can choose to proceed or abort the deletion.
Restoring Assets
By default, deleted assets are not shown on the assets page. However, checking the Show Deleted checkbox shows a list of all deleted assets.
Deleted Assets
Deleted assets can be restored by right-clicking the asset row and clicking on the Restore option on the action menu, and confirming the resultant prompt.
