Creating A Category
Note: Categories can only be viewed and created by organizational users who have been granted relevant permissions
Step 1 - Open The New Category Popup
Head to the Categories/Templates Page - via links available on the Left Navigation Bar. and navigate to the Categories Tab (if not already selected)

To create a super-category, click the + button visible towards the top left corner of the table. This opens up the New Category Popup for super category creation.
To create a category, right-click on an existing super-category and select the + Add Category option. This opens up the New Category Popup for category creation.
To create a sub-category, right-click on an existing category and select the + Add Sub-Category option. This opens up the New Category Popup for category creation.
Step 2 - Provide Information On The New Category Popup
The New Category Popup features several fields where relevant information needs to be provided

On the top header, category lineage shows where the new category will be created. Within the form, fields highlighted in red are required fields.
Step 3 - Save Information
Once you have provided all necessary information, click on the Save button to submit information and have it stored into our database.
