To view A/R Report, head to the Reports Page Head via links available on the Left Navigation Bar and click on the View Online button against A/R Report.
A/R Report
Filters can be set on the A/R Report to view filtered results. When detailed view is checked in filters, clicking on the arrow button on the right corner of a receivables row expands the row to show all contracts against the each receivable interval.
Contracts Receivable
Clicking on one of the receivables interval in the receivables row opens up the Contracts Receivables Popup.
Contracts Receivables Popup
The first tab on the Contracts Receivables Popup shows a list of all contracts that accumulate to make up the receivables interval. Clicking on the small notes icon against a contracts opens up notes for that contract on a new tab.
Order Notes Popup
Clicking on the Call Notes Tab instead shows all call notes against the contracts on the previous tab.
