Viewing and Generating Reports
INFO
Note: Reports can only be viewed by organizational users who have been granted relevant permissions. Report visibility is permission-based: each report requires the general report-access permission plus the permission for that report's category (Accounting, Assets, Customers, Service, Sales, Daily Summary, or Platform). You only see the reports — and the report sections — you have permission for, and report groups with no accessible reports are not shown. If you have no reports enabled at all, the Reports link is hidden from the Left Navigation Bar entirely. Attempting to run a report you lack rights to shows "You do not have permission to run this report."
To view reports, head to the Reports Page Head via links available on the Left Navigation Bar.

The Reports Page features several collapsed sections that contain different category of reports. The top most section (expanded by default) contains reports that are most frequently used/generated.
Reports can either be viewed online, or can be downloaded to the local system. Some reports support both views, whilst others only support online view or an offline download, depending on the options visible against the report.
To view a report online, click on the View Online button against the report. To download a report click on the Download button against the report.
Downloading reports
Each report only offers the file formats it actually supports. When a report supports a single download format, a single button labelled with that format (for example CSV) is shown. When a report supports more than one format, an Export button opens a dropdown listing only the supported formats — Download Excel, Download CSV, Download PDF, and Download IIF as applicable. The online (in-browser) view is always available separately via View Online.
To view reports within a specific category, simply click on the collapsed section and reports specific to that category will become visible.

Greyed out sections do not currently contain any reports.
Finding a report
Use the Search reports box at the top of the Reports Page to filter the list as you type. It matches report names (the matching text is highlighted) and also report section names, so typing accounting brings up everything in the Accounting section. Sections with a match open automatically, and sections with no matches are hidden. If nothing matches, the page shows No reports match "your search". Clear the box to return to the full list.
