Roles And Permissions
CloudERM supports two types of user accounts:
Organizational User Accounts: These accounts are created against an organization, for owners/managers/employees within the organization who wish to access and interact with the platform.
Customer User Accounts: These accounts are created against an organization's customer. These accounts provide limited access for an organization's customers who wish to view and interact with personal data on the platform.
Whenever creating an account on CloudERM, roles are assigned to the account. Each role grants a set of permissions to the user. The combined set of permissions from all roles assigned to the user determine the level of access the user has on the platform.
CloudERM offers a set of default roles that can be associated against an account, and also allows for custom role creation, to allow customization of access to the platform. Furthermore, the set of permissions against each role can be modified to customize access for each role.
Customer accounts have limited access by default as compared to Organizational Accounts.
