Media
Media files are documents/pictures/videos that can be attached against an entity within CloudERM. CloudERM allows attaching media against customers on creation as well as afterwards via the Edit Customer Popup.
To attach media against a customer, head to the media tab/section available on both, the Create and Edit Customer popups.

On the Media Tab, click on the Upload Files
button visible towards the top right corner to open the Media Upload Popup.

Click on the button that displays the +
icon to open up system files where you can browse and select multiple files for upload. Once files are selected and confirmed, they will appear on the Media Upload Popup along with some other required metadata fields.

Fill in all required fields and click on the Upload
/Submit
button.
If this was on the Edit Popup, the files will be uploaded against the part, and will now appear on the Files Table on the Media Tab.
If this was on the Creation Popup , the newly added files will appear in the Files Table on the Media Tab. Clicking Save
on the Media Tab will save the part and upload files against the asset.

Media files on the Files Table feature:
A Download Button, which can be used to save the files on the local system
An Edit Button, which can be used to edit metadata against the file
A Delete Button, which can be used to delete the media file
Clicking a media file row will open up the file for viewing. Sensitive media can only be viewed by authorized users.
