Overview
To view categories and form templates, head to the Categories Page via links available on the Left Navigation Bar.
The Categories Page features three tabs:
Categories
Categories are a classification concept for assets. They are used to classify assets and define shared/inherited data values for assets of the same category.
Form Templates
The Form Templates Tab features a list of all available form templates.
Form Templates are re-usable form documents that can be filled out to collect data. Copies of a template can be attached to several different entities at once, or made available on demand. Before being filled out, each copy of a form template is usually identical and empty. These copies can then be filled out to collect data.
Three filters atop the list allow for filtering templates.
Click on a template's row expands the row to display all items within the template.
Form Template Items
The Form Template Items Tab features a list of all form template items that are used to build form templates. A filter atop the table allows filtering items by type.
