Additional Functions
Right clicking on a task's rows open up the action menu, that lists down several options available for the task depending upon it's type (work order/ inspection).
View Summary
To view a task in detail, simply click on this option to open up the Order View Popup.
View Summary For Mechanic
To view a task in detail with a mechanic relevant view, click on this option.
Promotion Button
This button is named and presented differently for (work order) task's in different states, and allows promoting the task to the next phase. Learn more about task promotion here.
Pause Button
This button is only available when the task is in progress, and acts as a shortcut to pausing the task via a work log. Learn more about task promotion and pausing here.
Email
This option opens up a menu that displays several emails where a copy of the inspection/task can be emailed to. If needed, a custom email option to send email to multiple custom emails at once is also available.
View Summary as PDF
This action opens up the task in PDF format on a new browser tab.
View Summary as HTML
This action open up the task in HTML format on a new browser tab.
Print Summary
This action opens up the order in print format on a new browser tab. This action is available on all tabs
Open Linked Inspection
This action allows opening the inspection linked to a work order (if any). If the work order in question does not have any linked inspections, this option will not be available
Journal
This action opens up the Journal Popup, where user can view changes to the task and email dispatches against the task.
Clone Task
This action opens up Task Creation Popup, with information cloned from the previous task. User can choose to modify any information needed, and click Save to create a new task with cloned information.
Delete
This action allows deleting currently Pending tasks and stand-alone inspections (inspections not linked to an order).
